Conquering The Crown

They went. They conquered.
This line aptly depicts the emotions for the recent achievement by the members of the cultural club of BIT Sindri, The Arts Club at the annual cultural festival, named Ensemble – Valhalla 2018 of XLRI Jamshedpur. The members of the club participated in a number of events and ended up not only winning prizes but heart too, through their spectacular performances. A number of colleges viz, BIT Mesra, NIT Jamshedpur and other renowned colleges provided a cut-throat competition. The participants performed exceptionally well which is evident from the results which are as follows:-

•Natyanjali( Solo Dance) – Uttam Kumar (1st prize)
•Beat the Beat( Group Dance ) – Choreo section (1st prize)
•Tamasha (Stage Play)- Dramatics section(2nd prize)
•Raagalaya(Solo singing) – Sunny Kumar accompanied by Debajyoti Dutta(2nd prize)
•Creative writing- Ashish Gupta(2nd prize)

With this, they left no stone unturned in proving their mettle at the fest ultimately the rigorous practice sessions resulting in the most beautiful conclusion by emerging as the overall champion in a number of segments, of which every BITian should be proud of.
